Acclyptic clients receive a contact key ring designed to give first responders another way to reach our team if the person is unable to communicate clearly.
The idea
Care information when it may matter most.
The key ring does not replace emergency services and it does not carry medical information. It simply carries Acclyptic’s contact details and a short message inviting a responder to call us.
If the person is an Acclyptic client, our team may hold current care and health information as part of their support record. In an emergency, and where it is appropriate and lawful to do so, we may be able to assist a verified responder with limited information relevant to the immediate situation. The information considered first would usually be known allergies, the person’s nominated emergency contact, mobility considerations and current medications where relevant and where Acclyptic holds reliable current information.
