CHSP service fit

You do not have to change everything just to change one service.

If one part of your CHSP support is not working well, start with that service. Tell us what you receive now, what you would like to be different and where you live. We can check whether Acclyptic is a suitable match without turning the conversation into a bigger change than it needs to be.

Keep what works. Look at what does not. Start with one useful conversation.

A CHSP change can be about one service, one routine or simply finding a better fit.
One service at a time

Keep what is working. Change what is not.

CHSP support can involve different providers for different services. If your transport is working but domestic assistance is not, for example, the conversation can stay focused on domestic assistance. We do not need to make the rest of your support more complicated.

1

Tell us the service

You can use the service name if you know it, or just tell us what the person comes to help you with.

2

Tell us what would feel better

It might be timing, communication, reliability, flexibility, consistency or simply feeling more comfortable with the arrangement.

3

We check the practical fit

We look at the service, suburb or postcode, timing and current Acclyptic capacity before talking about any change.

The useful part: you can speak with us before changing anything. We would rather understand the service properly and be clear about whether we can help.
What a better fit can mean

Small practical things can make a service feel very different.

A provider change does not always come from one big problem. Sometimes it is the accumulation of ordinary things that make support harder than it should be.

Timing that suits your routineDays and times that work more naturally with appointments, family and everyday life.
Clearer communicationKnowing what is happening and having somebody you can actually speak with when something changes.
Reliability and consistencySupport that is planned carefully and delivered with attention to the routine that matters to you.
A service that feels personalBeing listened to as a person rather than feeling as though you have to fit around a system.
Start with the basics

Tell us how to reach you and where you need the service.

That is enough to begin. You do not need to know every CHSP term, have all the paperwork beside you or explain the whole history in a form.

What happens after you send this

One of our team will look at your area and anything you choose to tell us about the service. Then we can talk properly about what you want to be different and whether Acclyptic is a suitable match.

Prefer to talk from the start? Please call. We want to hear from you.

If you would like, tell us a little about the CHSP service. All we really need to get started is your name, a way to reach you and your suburb. The rest can happen when we talk.

Before you contact us

A few common questions.

You do not have to know exactly how a provider change works before you call. Start with the service and what you want to work better.

Do I have to change all of my CHSP services?

No. CHSP support can be service-specific. If one service is not the right fit, we can keep the conversation focused on that service and whether Acclyptic can provide a better match.

Should I stop my current CHSP service before I contact you?

No. It is usually better to talk first, check whether Acclyptic can provide the service in your area and at suitable times, and then work out the practical next step.

What if I am not sure what the CHSP service is called?

That is fine. Tell us what the support does for you in ordinary words. We can work through the details together when we speak.

Can I call instead of filling in the form?

Absolutely. The form is only a quick way to send us the basics. You will not get an answering machine or a “press 1 for this, 2 for that” phone maze. When you call Acclyptic, you will speak directly with a real person who can listen and help you work out the next step.

Not quite your situation?
