Thinking about a change?

Start with what you want to be different.

You do not need to make a decision before you talk to us. Tell us what is not working well, what matters to you and what support you do not want interrupted. We will listen first, then check whether Acclyptic can genuinely offer a better fit.

No pressure to move. No need to criticise anyone. The first step is simply understanding what you need to work better.

Listen first

You do not have to build a case for wanting something different.

Sometimes a service is technically being delivered but the arrangement still does not feel right. It may be communication, timing, consistency, flexibility or simply the relationship. We would rather understand that than rush you into another arrangement.

1

Tell us what is happening

Use ordinary words. Tell us what is working, what is frustrating and what you would like to feel different.

2

We check the real fit

We look at the services you need, your suburb or postcode, preferred timing and the people available to provide the support well.

3

Then we talk about changing

If the fit is right, we can work through the practical next steps with continuity in mind rather than leaving you with an unnecessary gap.

The important part: you do not need to stop your current support just to find out whether Acclyptic may be a better fit. We can have that conversation first.
A careful changeover

Keep the things that matter while you work out what needs to change.

1

Start with the experience

Tell us what you want to be different and which parts of your current routine are important to keep.

2

Check services and availability

Before discussing a move, we check whether we can realistically support the services, location, days and times you need.

3

Talk through the details

If there is a potential fit, we can review the relevant approval or service information with you and understand any important routines or people involved.

4

Plan the next step

Only then do we talk about how a change could happen. The aim is a sensible handover, not a rushed decision.

Start with a conversation

Tell us what you would like to work better.

A few basics are enough. We will read what you send, then talk with you like a person — not like a case number.

What happens after you send this

One of our team will look at what you want to change, the support you need to keep, your area and timing. Then we can talk properly about whether Acclyptic may be a better fit.

Prefer to explain it on the phone? Please do. Sometimes that is the easiest way.

If you would like, you can tell us a little more. Don’t worry if you are not sure about the details — all we need to get started is your name, a way to reach you and your suburb. Then we can talk.

Before you contact us

A few common questions.

You can explore a change without committing to one. The first conversation is about whether the fit is genuinely better for you.

Do I have to decide to change provider before I contact Acclyptic?

No. You can simply tell us what is not working well and what you would like to be different. The first conversation is about listening, fit and whether Acclyptic can realistically provide what you need.

Should I cancel my current services before speaking with you?

Usually it is better to understand the practical next arrangement first, especially when continuity matters. We can talk through the services, timing and routines you do not want interrupted before you make a change.

Do I need to tell you the name of my current provider?

No. We do not need the provider name to start. What matters first is the support you receive, what is not working for you, what you want to preserve and whether we can offer a better fit.

Can I call instead of filling in the form?

Absolutely. The form is just a quick way to send us the basics, but we are more than happy to talk with you on the phone and work through your situation in your own words. You will not get an answering machine or a “press 1 for this, 2 for that” phone maze — when you call Acclyptic, you will speak directly with a real person who can listen and help you work out the next step. No problem at all.

Not actually at this stage?

That is okay. Start from where you are.
